On this job at unit 62 High Street Ashbourne Co. Meath, this unit was a empty unit and is a proposed doctors surgery for Ashbourne. In this unit we marked the floors waste pipes and marked walls for new openings for doors and windows. We cut floors with a roadsaw and cut new openings with a wall mounted robotic saw. This part of the job took only 3 working days.

We broke & dug the floor openings in preparation for all pipe works.  We prepared our levels off this for measurements for man holes at the rear of the building, these manholes had to be risen. All pipes were layed and arrogated with lean mix to prevent sinkage. We put a foundation of 10mm chip over pipes, we also used 70mm of insulation board, 1200gage polytene to future proof the building. We then poured the concrete to finish the floor.
